Again, we need to start in the Windhoek/Okahandja area – time won’t allow for trips from further away. (See our Two Day Shopping option).

The Wood Carvers market is really worth it – we cannot stress enough how much fun it is searching for that one special item and negotiating that big discount on it.

Lunch will be at Joe’s Beerhouse (personally I think this is the best restaurant in Africa), relaxed and fun.

Spend the afternoon shopping in a more modern atmosphere and, if there is time, we will go on a short cultural tour of the city.

You are bound to be tired at the end of the day, but this trip might well be the highlight of your visit.
