BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR RAW DISPATCH

We will receive an assortment of unprocessed, raw, hunting trophies from your hunting guide. Your trophies require additional attendance. For veterinary export and import reasons, shipping is not allowed “as is”. We are obliged to clean, dip and dry the skulls and horns. In addition
we need to detach the horns of some trophies which, for obvious reasons if left “as is”, would increase the volume of your shipping unit
substantially and subsequently the freight charges.

Your hunting guide has instructed us that you wish to receive your trophies as soon as possible and to attend to them without delay. The quote
you will receive from us will be valid for 30 days from invoice date. Please be aware that excessive delays in payment can lead to renewed
cleaning, which results in extra charges plus storage/warehousing.

Shipping:                     
We recommend you use our in-house shipping department, as we can guarantee a hand-in-hand dispatch. We have no influence on outside
shipping agents and thus Reiser Taxidermy can not be held responsible.

Delivery time:               
4 to 5 months              
Delivery time starts at date of receipt of your trophies.

Remarks:                     

We undertake to clean, dip and dry raw trophy parts to the best of our knowledge and ability. However all shipping of unprocessed, raw, hunting trophy parts include a potential risk. The abovementioned provisional pre-preparation does not ensure fat-free and/or bleached white bone parts.
The import authorization/clearance of unprocessed trophy parts in respect of their condition is always subject to the arbitrariness of the relevant
import authority’s representative in the country of destination. Risks in this regard remain solely with the consignee/owner of the trophies and
cannot be accepted by this company.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY CLEANING AND DISINFECTING, AND NOT A WALL READY TROPHY.
